What are Helical Piers?
Helical Piers, also called screw piles, are large steel pins that are screwed into the ground with a hydraulic drive head. They are used to secure new structures or repair old foundations. They are installed deep into the ground, beneath freezing level, to solidly support the structure. They are quick to install, can be easily removed, and can be built on immediately.
